I leave Cuba with 22 years and went to Paraguay with no money, I was homeless there, and everybody told me that was impossible to achieve (leaving Cuba with no money and no contacts).

Put income limits in place, try to use them to house the homeless, etc.

A nice family living in an $800K home, now faces eviction and homelessness by heartless landlord ... unlikely what is going on here. 

I do know that we were required to obtain flood insurance when a flood cert was required and the back corner of a home (less than 8 sq ft, crawl space with no essential features like heat pump, etc.) was in the flood zone.  

So, we were now a one car, just married couple who were homeless and loving with their grandparents.

It's just like giving money to a guy standing by the side of the road with a sign that says: "Homeless and Hungry, Please Help".

If its your residence that's on the hook, then your bad investment can make you homeless.

Since they are behind they usually cant afford to move either and dont want to be homeless.  

You'll take home less, but it'll be worth it if they agree to help and mentor you.
