Do you walk in their house and ask to sit at the dining room table to go over your real estate company, which nobody cares about except your broker, or do you talk about the seller's needs??!

Done some "custom" sheetrock work, bullnose corners, coffered ceiling in den, "archway" between den and dining/kitchen.

Vicostone is really nice, silostone is really nice -- it feels a lot more elegant than granite.
