Made an offer on a home which was accepted. Home is a good condition very cosmetic job. Cabintets I wil paint over white change counter to granite already has recessed lightin in the kitchen the floors are standard 12x12 tile. Dining room has some some ugly outdated vinyl which I’m hoping the hardwood floors extend under there. The upstairs bathroom will be reglazing blue tub and tile white replacing vanity and mirror and light fixtures. , down stairs stairs bathroom reptile floors reglaze stand up shower. New toilet vanity mirror and light fixtures, skim and paint all off home New trims as well. Sanding and painting wooden windows white. On the fence on changing the wood slab doors 🚪 and update them to the new white doors. Garage doors will be sanded and painted. My big contemplation is the interior doors.

That's probably because while they mean well, you know what you want to do and it is different than they want :)  Good luck with the renos.
