If you're working off of what you should expect to pay from some book or workshop that's from 2010, you're going to be sorely disappointed at what the prices are today.  

If you’re expecting to make massive amounts of money in 6-12 months and only work on your business 40 hours a week you are going to be incredibly disappointed. 8.

This is disappointing news because I've asked the lender if we could do this and they acted like they could do it all day every day. 

The fear is today the homes are way too high and if the market slows down the margin can be disappointing.

So far I have been VERY disappointed with the traffic.

If it is solely a marketing platform for realty clients I would think it would be disappointing because people here are looking for that discounted property that is harder and harder to find because you are selling something that is being priced by a market with many active participants.
