I did buy a cool 4 acre tract in Rohnert park for path of progress.. and that one is paying off end of this month..

At some point the equity gain might make that yield easier to digest/sell/refi.

There are some restriction related to median income in your county and whether the property is in a certain census tract. 

But at the end of the day I think his work in this book at least, has done more good than bad when it comes to easy, digestible education on the subject of money and financial literacy.

Working  now with a manufactured dealer/devopler currently and he is pitching new home manufactured in the los Angeles area that are considering larger tracts . 

think about me buying a 100 acre timber tract  Menasha pre paying for the logs on a timber deed.. at NO points and NO interest.. me delivering the logs in 60 days us making 200 to 300k on the logs NET in our jeans and then owning the 100 acres free and clear and then using the skid roads and landing zones as our building site then doing a 4X split and selling off 4 25 acre homes sites for about 75 t0 100k each.. that is what I did for about 10 years and when anyone ask me what is the favorite thing I did in real estate it is that.Well like all great things it came to screeching halt about 97 ish...
