I wouldn't do the same thing with a single family house because it could be burned down, have foundation issues, or other financially unfeasible repair issues. 

Although I have income , what I’m looking to do is set a proper foundation.

At this time I am taking in all of the information I can possibly retain to get me going at LEAST with a Sturdy foundation of Knowledge in the area.

A bad tenant in a room rental may cost you a few grand but a bad foundation or sewer can cost you tens of thousands.

I have guys who can finish the building after its framed but the cost of foundation, framing, paving, water and sewer lines cost a fortune..To me it doesn't make sense if it's not high-end A class..

We are in earth quake country, earth movements, foundation and termites, piping stress risers.

Looking for a foundation and roof guy.

I am working on my rough draft of 3D model designing of the new floor plan to be converted from singlewide trailer into 16x32 duplex houses on the same permanent trailer foundation with deck porches (just demolish entire mobile home to convert into stick-built house) and on the process of signing up my new real estate investment crowdfunding campaign (website) to be posted with my finalized proofreading content with a lot of pictures and video. 

Just trying to start my career with a solid foundation, and develop a long (and hopefully successful relationship).Any suggestions?
