Hello guys,so question I am moving a portion of my business to a different city and do not have MLS access yet but have a number of offers out in the area any suggestions on putting accurate comps without MLS?

If you have any leads or recommendations that would be appreciated, wanted to make sure prices are accurate and also of course getting scheduling would be a huge plus. 

Data entry into the MLS isn't always entirely accurate so you can find deals where for example a property has been overlooked for many months and is interpreted as "overpriced" by everyone that assumes the property is where the MLS indicates on it's map.

I have a strong desire to own more real estate but currently in Las Vegas the ROI isn't there unless you want to gamble on appreciation and I do not. 

(and anyone else following): you’re right that this is still a bit specific to the Boston market - generally for investors, sellers will assume a $1k waiver is just a gamble you’re willing to give away if you want to back out.

I want to understand and be as accurate as possible.

At least respect your clients enough to give them an accurately depicted place.

I'm sure everyone knows what I'm referring to but just in case the term "room home" isn't accurate then let me explain.
