Maybe not as insane as 2021, where we had work from home (still do), Millennial buying (still do, and Gen Z), constrained supply (more now), increased costs (still increasing, just slower), aging (about the same), worker shortage (still do, and more if border policy/immigration is tightened) etc….But, I assert, demand will be strong in 2024, like...sourdough bread, sopping up all the goodness on the plate (housing supply) to the last drop.

A bit of advice, we use more z's and fewer u's over here, so if you want to fit in get used to typing things like "analyzing" and "neighborhood". :) Also you should learn the rules of Baseball and forget whatever love you may have for the game of Soccer.As far as growth, Conroe had the highest percentage growth (7.8%) in the nation for 2016, and there's no real primary industry (although I suspect the nearby Exxon relocation may play some part in that recent growth) and there are several large developments underway.

Are there deed restrictions or court orders not to build there because it interferes with someones view of X,Y or Z (typically the ocean), but Mr and Mrs WellToDo could put an above ground pool there, or grape vines, in the 1970's with no problem.Is there enough sewer, water and electric capacity in the area to handle 10 more homes?
