I would liek everything kinda in a template form so that when my evening is winding down I can pound out some good well thought out offers, I'd hate to have to write a check every time I do a new offer.

it appears like you are clumping all people who have that charge as though they're all doing similar crimes, I completely disagree with your post as some people may have gotten busted for dealing hundreds of pounds and some people may have gotten busted for a couple joints.  

Or if you were hanging a picture and needed to hammer in a nail, and I handed you a 10 pound sledge you'd wonder if I was being funny (right tool, not the best purpose for that size of tool).If you are a high net worth individual looking at buying rentals, the returns might be great but the risk to your other assets by buying a rental is an issue.

do you need to vet the buyer, get financing knocked out prior to acceptance. an ouch of prevention is worth a pound of curetechnology is something you can control. if you change your perspective of I can't do tech to I want to learn, maybe it may make difference. decide if you want to learn it or give it to a third party. this is something that is within your power to change. also see how important is this in your list of problems. spiritual faith is also under your control. take a breather and do what you need to reconnect. its very important to take a break and breathe hope this helps, we all have been here before

The RV's having actual unloaded weights of less than 13,000 pounds are 3-year property as defined by section 168(c)(2)(A) of the Code, and the RV's having actual unloaded weights of 13,000 pounds or more are 5-year property as defined by section 168(c)(2)(B). 

Now in my lease, I do include a $250 non refundable pet fee and give preference to tenants with no pets but will allow a small dog <25 pounds.

Additionally you might need to "pound the pavement" locally and hand out fliers to talk with business owners and managers if they would want to move to your location etc.  

I have a $200 pet fee and $25/month of pet rent if the dog is 25-50 pounds.
