They get a beautifully decorated recently renovated home for $80,000 less and they still get access to those good schools. 

Just my 2 cents feedback picking nits - in general it looks good and seems priced right.I have no particular insight in that local market although I just sold a flip an hour north in Marion OH.Confusing that there are two properties next door to each other both decorated identically and both for sale?

Decorate it beautifully, perhaps in theme, and stock the kitchen nicely.  

This could include decorations, special welcome gifts, or access to holiday events.5.

You will also see some common themes: -Decor that is appropriate to the theme of the area -Mix of nice wall hangings and hard objects without being cluttered (again- place appropriate; don't hang an anchor and ship wheel in a mountain cabin)-Items that provide a "Pop" of color in photos; can be throw pillows, bed skirts, tile backsplash, bar stools, back side of front door etc-Some coordination of color scheme throughout.

A lot of people see an empty floor plan and have trouble imagining how to decorate it/where there furniture is going to go.  

However, if you have a nice property (amenities, decor, location, views, etc.) you should be fine during the spring, summer, fall here. 

I'm super picky so I end up replacing most decor etc so it's hard to say.

If the hesitation is around investing in all the furniture and decor, then MTRs might not be right for you.
