I am not taking any of this personally, none of it is an attack on me at all, more of being frustrated that people say things that lack any foundation or simply post arguments that are completely irrelevant or well off base.I love it when people say silly things like this "You can't do that in CA. . ."

If the goal is just to pull money out, you might be better served to just attack them one at a time and do individual refi's for the ones that are owned free and clear and/or have the most equity.
