If there are no objections filed the court will grant the trustee's motion to sell (which would likely indicate that the trustee feels the purchase price is reasonable BUT additional offers would be considered while the motion was pending).

Legally, it would be safest to keep all application questions uniform so there's an easy defense if and when the discrimination accusation rear its ugly head.

I want a system in place so it's all uniform and looks professional to the tenants even if it's not lol.

Why go through the motions of reading and then trying to bully?

@Mike Adams I know in NYC, it's only possible to (try to) expedite an eviction that is already filed by submitting an Affadavit of Support and Motion based on nuisance grounds.

Notes can vary in language and thus have some degree of variance in legal enforcement but there are uniform state and federal bodies of law surrounding those ideas.  

You might think about how you plan on funding that and put that plan in motion.
