I actually spoke with the seller's agent and he said the owner "tweaked" his zillow listing.Basically stated it was more sqft then it actually is.

After spending some time tweaking my search criteria on sites like Redfin, specifically looking for homes that have been on the market for a while, I have noticed that most of these homes are above the "starter home" price range.

G'Day BP Fam,We have been buying between 5-10 properties per month in Toledo for 10+ years now.Lot's of those acquisitions come from direct mail through Yellow Letters Complete.It's a fairly automated platform where we purchase the list, choose the type of letter and they send the mailers.Our back end picks up the calls, schedules walkthrough's and negotiates, etc...I haven't been too happy lately with the lists and conversions.Thought it was us and tried tweaking our backend and reviewed our processes, etc...
