Even though retiring by 40 is an exceptionally early goal (or so I thought), we have realized that we can move that up WAY quicker by leveraging the fact that we have so much more disposable income than we need.After attending a BiggerPockets webinar, watching hours of YouTube videos and researching online, I have decided to take the plunge and buy my first rental property.

But nice try “broker”.Love how you try to twist paying for training as a reason to get a license LOL One sit down with a lawyer and YouTube  could have shown you that whole training book.

Our plan is:-Increase social media posts about what we're doing (operations and acquisitions) on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube-Go to real estate meetups (not sure about which ones) and just expose people to what we're doing/get them following our social media Anything else anyone would recommend?

I’m in northern New Hampshire and we made homemade solar using YouTube and we’re able to achieve 85 degrees for much of July and august, our big swim season with just 3 homemade solar panels.

I downloaded some scripts on YouTube but I feel it's not enough but I could be wrong anybody have any Recommendations??

There's probably at least a couple flippers in your area that are hosting meetups (depending on weather / how bad the covid spike is right now).But if you've never flipped a home before, books/youtube can only take you so far.
