Happy New Year everyone. We are a retired military couple looking to get into buying rental properties. We're looking to start with single families and working our way up to multis and beyond. 

We've been searching the forums and looks like there used to be talks of meet and greets back in the day. If anything like this is in the works now...we'd love to attend. We're sponges ready to soak up as much info as possible. We found you guys through YouTube and the Podcast.
