Scott - I know you just had surgery, so I am being really nice here...this is me being nice!

The plastic inside the cartridges was all broken up. 

Over the next few days we had gotten bits and pieces of information and apparently she survived after multiple surgeries.

It's not simple addition, but not rocket surgery either.

Can anyone provide feedback on costs, time, and impact to the current tenant to have the pipes upgraded to plastic pipes?  

(Purge must fall within 6" of ground, plastic overflow pan, etc.)I would just get my contractor and building law licenses, but sc requires you work 1 year under a license, so I'm kinda screwed on that route at the time. 

Its kind of similar to bathtub overflowing.. they diverted the water and this was cause of damage, but the fact the only thing holding the extension,, plastic,, even wind can move those stupid things,, I know I have several and the bricks help to stabilize but aren't reliable. 

For example, let's say they used plastic pipes somewhere and the inspector comes and tells them they need to replace them with copper.

Plastics and Chemical plants are in full swing and are expanding rapidly.
