Good morning all, does anyone have a good recommendation for both a real estate attorney as well as commercial lender?

The extra bathroom for the kid entering their teenage years (1 hour per morning in the bathroom = needs own bathroom), shorter commute for your wife (happy wife = happy life), bigger yard for your dog, you get the idea.

Window units are easy to find and you could have one up and running this morning.  

You don't want to deduct too many "business meals" for example.From my experience talking with banks so far, it is much easier to get loans when you are employed. 

I already don't live anywhere close enough to self manage, and in fact I'm moving another 2 hours away at 8:30 this morning lol.
