Would not concede landscaping forces anything, least of all appreciation.IMO, landscaping enhances curb appeal and thus equates to 'desirability' to the tenants. 

And, perhaps the biggest resulting problem of the enhanced regulation, those banks severely cut back on the available funding for mortgages.Additional regulation is not the answer. 

I advise landowners wanting to convert from cropland to another ag valuation to leave the land as is because it will enhance the habitat and increase the wildlife food and cover requirements (of course that depends on what crops were grown) --down here in my neck of the woods rent for crop land does out way cattle grazing leases especially if the landowner participates in a percentage of the harvest in addition to a per acre charge for the land.

Although just north of you, around Powell and Cody, there have been cutbacks on legacy enhanced oil production.As you are probably aware @Jerry W., the price of natural gas hasn't improved much since early 2009.

I haven't explored the program in detail but when I did briefly look into it I found they would have a company come out and make up to $2-3k in enhancements.

I have just discovered a couple off tools that well make a great difference and my productivity and I am very excited to share my discoveries.Both my education and communication will be enhanced by the use of these tools.

We need to push other Propertyware users to push for this enhancement.
