I would never make a claim under $10,000.In 24 years with a dozen properties (288 property years) I’ve covered a $3,500 flood caused by clothes washer not turning off and made 2 claims over $30,000.

If you go there and go into a unit, the bedbugs will get on you, in the seams of your clothes and in your shoes.Then they will infest your car and when you go home, your home.If you rent a car, it will be infested and so will your hotel room.There are steps you can take to enter one of these units and remain sort of "Clean" wearing special clothing and following special procedures.If you intend to enter a unit, it would be wise to know how to protect yourself, your car, your home and your family from this.Good Luck!

Really, don't you think anyone who would qualify should be required to sell everything they own first, only have two sets of clothes for summer and winter, a bicycle, one metal folding chair for each family member, a table and a mattress on a metal frame?

The furniture, especially dining room chairs have been propped up against the wall and scraped the wall behind it with indentations, drawing on walls with crayons that they've erased with cloth but now they have smudges, etc.Are they responsible for any of this?
