They were all identical, from the paint color to the flooring to the same 5" kitchen, regardless of how large or small the kitchen space actually was...all of which I believe is normal for these types of companies who are turning over as many properties as these guys are (I believe they were turning over 40-50 when I visited).

The DC market has been pretty hot this past year and recently a couple identical units have sold in my development for around $270k.

I think I need to print off @Gayla Kemp 's post for future reference as my plan is virtually identical to her description but there were some details that I had no idea about. 

At $9k vs $15k is hard to believe they were for identical work.  

If offered two houses that were identical except for these upgrades and a $1000 higher price on the upgraded house, I'd guess that 99% of buyers would pick the cheaper house.

Setup for both parties involves creating a Square Cash account, entering bank account information and performing confirmation of identity steps. 

Also, the person who has the property in her name has no keys because her identity was stolen to purchase it, she has never even been to the property.We do not know who is really controlling everything.
