-No.I know what the Zestimates of my homes are because I use the Personal Capital app to consolidate my finances into one area and the app shows zestimates on it's homepage.One day the value of one of my properties in Phoenix dropped by 20k in a single day, from 222k to 202k.

I probably tighten, lubricate, replace or repair over one hundred small things from toilet flappers to closet doors when a unit turns over...it is far easier than doing each one when they break, which means we have to schedule an individual call for each one, move all their stuff out of the way, fix it etc...in fact, if I do get a call, actually not that common but does happen, I make sure and say "what else" to get it at the same time....so just trying to consolidate more maintence, especially when you have full access to the unit, may help.

Might be able to get one consolidation loan to pay off high interest debt by having 1 payment at a lower interest rate...i have heard of people getting loans like this through bank, credit union, Lending Club, Prosper etc.

@Brie Schmidt Because the 2 PINS are essentially useless individually and the property straddles the two, the expense of merging/consolidation of the 2 PINS is just that, a wasteful PITA

There has been a considerable degree of consolidation within the engineering world and Phase 1's are simply not that appealing to larger firms...unless they see it as a method to provide a Phase 2, which can be very open-ended.
