The combined applicants (2 adults) have 4.7x rent, some normal debts (student loans, car loan, a cc or two) but my concern is that one of the parties has a late payment on a travel trailer reported July 2023.

If your subsidiary LLC (the TX one) is a single-member LLC with the one member being the WY LLC, then it's a pass-through for tax purposes (IANAL or a CPA), so you don't have to keep multiple books (but do need separate checking accounts, CC, etc) or do separate tax filings.

Yes, as posted above the CC company will pull your personal credit to initial approve you and set a credit limit.

In looking at these charger setups there is a ton of what looks like VERY expensive equipment that needs to be installed.. the charger systems other than tesla also half the time dont work the POS system fails etc..where tesla's is on your CC that is tied to the app.. so just plug in and go.. no monkeying around with trying to work the POS system.
