It takes a lot of time and energy to assemble a team...Keep the momentum Frank

After some thinking, I decided to go with a fixed foundation, like the above, because it can be assembled on site in about 3 hours, and you can't get a trailer into a lot of back yards.  

Keep in mind that even though engineered floors are assembled they are still real wood and will take on moisture, this is also true for laminates.

If I have a 300 million dollar project in mind I'm going to need a million or two of my own to secure the contract on the property that I've probably been assembling piece by piece for at least a year. 

Or DIY, self-management, long distance team assembly in exchange for higher return potential?

I also tried using Assembly but I didn't find it quite as user friendly as the first app I suggested !
