I belong to a community who shares a lot of valuable information in Columbus and it’s helped me jump start my projects there. 

I had also seen a year or so ago that the community wanted to put more restrictions and require a local contact, and limit on number of permits , but haven't seen anything more stringent since that proposal failed.If you can share your experience, I'd greatly appreciate it!

. - Single family home in a community reinvestment act, therefore only require 3% down, get 1% of rate, and receive $6,000 towards closing costs. - Two single family homes in a community reinvestment act, therefore only require 3% down, get 1% of rate, and receive $6,000 towards closing costs.In order to receive these extremely low down payments, i would have to technically live in the residence for a few months as they do not offer these for investment properties.
