It's ridiculous, people are out here with razor-thin cashflow and are living desperately from tenant to tenant.

In my lifetime thus far I have seen things go from 1 income households surviving, to suffering, forcing 2 income households being normalized, first thriving, than surviving, now struggling on razor thin budget's. 

I do not think there needs to be a dedicated time slots for laundry, but this is something you can communicate around having shared laundry area and talking about preferences around times and days.

Many dance the razors edge by explaining it as additional justified fee's, as Airbnb is doing.
