I'm in house counsel, and for bigger firm work on stuff in the tech industry we're looking at $400-450/hour for data privacy work, $550/hour for patent litigation work, and around $300/hour for general corporate.For comparison, regular old IT consultants for any number of average IT gigs will run you between $200-250, so to expect an attorney to come in cheaper than that sort of consultancy is asking for trouble.If you want to get a good deal, you gotta look at alternative fee structures, specifically flat rate fee for certain tasks.

So it would be doable although the areas are all connected (aside from the garage) so I don't imagine the separate areas would have much privacy.

Ease of transaction, convenience, speed, privacy, etc all may factor in.So in closing, while I agree that a vast majority of wholesalers do it wrong (and perhaps illegally), there are some who do it right and while FL may be "cracking down" I don't see a legit argument for licensed vs unlicensed when it comes to the "stealing equity" argument.

They want to deal with buyers who are ready to go and they don't want to disrespect their clients privacy by dispersing the property financials before a potential buyer is vetted.

It is my understanding that delinquencies are to be treated as confidential, so if a tenant has been informed of it, this seems a clear violation to me of my right to privacy and confidentiality.
