Definitely cannot trust the hype and must send out third-party inspectors.Quality over quantity applies very well here.

While we welcome companies to respond to posts here, and to send their "satisfied customers" to participate, in some occasions, we've busted the companies themselves pretending to be someone else, hyping up their businesses.

I've made it a point to visit this page and read one or two stories whenever my hype about real estate seem to be going down.Thanks to everyone who has shared their story so far and I can't wait to add mine to the list soon.

Houston might be an ugly, traffic congested city without an exciting past so it won't get a lot of hype, but it is the most diverse city , easy to work with regulations and is not going to stop growing in any direction.

Several months later I heard a BP podcast and thought that I should check out the site again to see what all the hype was about.

THIS WAS MY FIRST FLIP AND I USE THEM AND THEY WERE GREAT … ACTUALLY THEY SAVED ME AND WERE ABLE TO FUND MY DEAL ...ORIGINALLY I WAS FIRST ATTEMPTING TO USE DO HARD MONEY GOT  SUCKED INTO THE HYPE.
