Keep in mind that even though engineered floors are assembled they are still real wood and will take on moisture, this is also true for laminates.

Its much more accurate than Zillow and has good local penetration in SF. 

The glossier it is, the more it repels stains and moisture.

For anyone who really wants to go to the trouble of removing wallpaper (and I don't recommend it on wallboard because its made with paper,  only plaster lath )  You need to get a lot of humidity (water), and scribe with utility knife for penetration, and time

Moisture resistance Both of the products are strong moisture resistant.

The house is pier and beam and there have been some moisture issues in the crawl space before.

You definitely won't have many issues with your paint job, it's mildew resistant.....releases moisture...can withstand high heat and uv protection.

You might find some other finished basement buyers.The issue is the moisture in the finished basement which caused the mold is what would concern me more.
