The Selling broker negotiates a commission and then the buying broker has a coop commission agreement with the selling broker and that selling broker pays out the buyer's broker.

Delvin,If you plan on using financing you for sure need to talk to a few Bankers or Non/QM Brokers.

I am aware that I need a broker's license to manage properties that I do not own.
