Do you agree that this is nto a worth while deal?

I agree - the handful of worthwhile properties on Civic source in BR were bid up like crazy on the few that I watched.

In terms of location I still haven’t made up my mind but as I’ll be in Andalucía for the majority of my first year I’ll be poking around the major cities there to see if there’s any worthwhile deals to be had.

As long as you do your own due diligence on the course and the instructor teaching it, it may be worthwhile if you don't have the time to go out and find all of the information yourself.

@Kevin Lee Detroit definitely has some good spots like Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills also within the city limits of Detroit you could find opportunity zones and gentrification going on that could be worth while.

If it's a clean property that is expected to be competitive, it's a worthwhile seller investment. 

You have to self manage to make a worthwhile return.

So...even when not utilized, securing a vacation rental permit, while still an option, is an excellent and worthwhile struggle and investment. 

Not every existing multi-family is an ideal candidate for condo, but usually it is worthwhile and the sale prices of the individual pieces far exceeds the total un-condo value.

I do not go around and tell my tenants that the most socially worthwhile and beneficial thing they're doing with their money is giving as much of it as they do to me.
