Thanks for the advice I’ll look at Newark hopefully it’s within a 1 hour drive from my workplace, if I do find a suitable house hack.

I have spent the last 7.5 years working in operations, physical retail, and workplace strategy, with over 5.5 of those years as a program/project manager.

Keep in mind one reason people live in urban areas is proximity to their work place.
