My hobbies are woodworking, antique tool restoration, gardening, financial literacy education, volunteer work through my church congregation.  

For most of you who do not know me, I love woodworking and working on anything mechanical, especially cars.

Too many things can pop out of the woodwork on title here.

And I am a wood worker that builds furniture etc so I thought I knew what I was doing.  

Sqft, what is getting painted, and what is its current condition, carpentry and woodwork repairs, detail work, etc. 

Once we waited a period of time (I believe it was 90 days after the first court appearance) the judge agreed we had exhausted all options and there was no chance of an heir coming out of the woodwork with legal claim to the property.It was a very lengthy time consuming process and to be honest it was a pretty big pain in the ***.

I had to replace the windows woodwork soaked with pee, and garage doors..

I have spent hours & hours fixing shredded woodwork, ripping out pee-rotted drywall, filling holes in the yard, cleaning carpets, etc.

Some of the houses there have such amazing wood work inside.
