As people don't need to disclose that they use a wheelchair or cane, they also don't need to disclose a working dog.

Using phrases like ADA compliant, wheelchair accessible etc. is usually fine.

The current tenant is qualified only for a 2 bedroom as of now but says she can get qualified for a 3 bedroom since she has lots of equipment (wheelchair, etc.).

No structural changes need to be made to your property for these individuals such as (wheel chair accessibility, ramps, sprinkling systems etc.

The laundry room has a bike and a wheelchair and other things that are being stored.

I was thinking of buying fixer uppers and fixing them up to rent to handicap people.Lower counter tops, wheelchair ramps, wheelchair accessible showers ect...A friend of mine mentioned it and I though it might be a good idea.

I've seen similar damage from walkers and wheelchairs.
