Does anyone know how to rent section 8 Disabled?
I was thinking of buying fixer uppers and fixing them up to rent to handicap people.
Lower counter tops, wheelchair ramps, wheelchair accessible showers ect...
A friend of mine mentioned it and I though it might be a good idea. Just not sure where to find rules and regs. and also how to list them for rent.
I know if I go with section 8 people there is a waiting list for them to find a house so they would rent right away.
I'm in Texas if that helps.
Thanks so much for your help.
