They probably have no credit cards and are vulnerable to shocks like having an expensive auto repair etc.Things can spiral quickly out of their control, even with good will.

Although I see this as a safe space, there will be many of us at different levels of our business (me a beginner), I would hope we are not continually shamed for vulnerability in the group and tough learning lessons.

Interesting, as I’d think SPG would be very vulnerable as well, as I think covid will help seal the fate of more malls.
