You are easily verifiable and people know you can't scam them and just disappear like these anonymous/fake Facebook profiles. 

I am betting you didn't put this (or the other ones) home on the market to then become the bank for someone who only has a couple thousand down and no credit instead of selling to a verified buyer, right?

It does give some great data but would need to verify with a local agent/contractor/property management company etc 

Because they claim that every host is verified with photo ID as well as an SSN - those might complicate a "transfer".

If there's a second call for the same issue we have the line camera'd to verify the line is in good shape and that it is clear going forward, and charge the tenant if the clog was their fault but do not charge if we discover a mechanical defect; we fix the defect.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?
