I recommend 1 set of cards with Matthew Dunn, Property Manager at ABC Residential LLC with your google voice (it rings through to your phone), website and tenant application/maintenance email address (live@abc).Make another set for REIA / potential partners with Matthew Dunn, Founder/Developer/Investor with ABC and list your direct cell (the number you call back with) and professional logo, website and professional email like matthew.dunn@abc.

You can ask them to put your logo and update it as needed.

Disclose to your lender, that will be helpful. 2nd thought you might consider property management as an agent, hours are better and earnings are more stable, and you could still act for yourself or list/sell.You can start learning now, stay away from gurus and "deal maker types" check out the free course on RE basics through my logo, get a real estate text book and study that, know RE before trying to deal in RE.     

@Mark - the logo for CrowdDD looks very similar to RealCrowd's ;-)Also, if I need to compare the returns for buying SFHs and CrowdFunding - what should I be comparing COC, ROI or IRR? 

@Donna Bishop, My email ends Real estate agent( you could insert Realtor instead) licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, USA and then I include Federal Fair Housing and ADA logos.

I've tried vanity numbers, handwritten, logos, etc. they all performed poorly.

get a used pool table and put up a big school flag ( theyre logo mascot thing) take a picture and use it to advertise.

I'm not suggesting you just pop on your phone and do a random videos; but it doesn't cost much to get a logo made (check 99designs) and get started on a legit online marketing plan.We work with bird dogs regularly.  

I print off a copy, white out the BP logo, and copy it again with my letterhead.
