Hi we are new to wholesaling here in Utah am wondering if you know where I could find contracts that are legal in Utah.

I manage about 100 STRs in the northern Utah region and after years of having really poor VAs, I decided to take the best of the best and form my own team which has grown exponentially now and we offer services to other hosts.This VA group is stellar.

I’ve been studying the strategy for awhile but I’m still nervous about doing trying ut. 

Are there other areas out west that are attractive Brad mentioned NV so I'll look into that but others (UT, MT, WY)?

This is located in Utah County so it is a more expensive area in Utah and it desperately needs more housing.

To be eligible for 80% cash out, the property must be located in one of the following states:       AL, AZ, CA, CO, GA, MI, MN, MO, NC, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WAWith respect to seasoning, as long we can verify that the property was improved by the borrower after they purchased it, there is NO seasoning requirement for the 80% program. 

I'm in SLC, UT so a bit far away.

It works for me in Utah because there is no other way I can think of to make a house cash flow here without putting 50% down.

I am looking to start in Northern Utah but not confined to it.
