Hi @Zhong Zhang I have used vacancy hacks over the years to get personal properties under 1% when turning tenants over. 3% increase depends on renewing or getting new tenants, when renewing tenants that's a safe amount.

Help getting titles for trailers

Sometimes the trailers I buy do still have titles on them, in which case we either have the seller cancel the title with the DMV before we close, or we have them sign the title into our name, and then we cancel the title ourselves.
