That transpired in 2015, the next transaction being this month.

Ken doesn't broker loans for Lima one -- ken had a warehouse line from lima one about a year ago and I have since moved on -- but I do not like when borrowers lie about how things transpire because they didnt get their way.

If it isn't, all sorts of not nice things can transpire.

So, I don't mean to defend or condemn them, I'm just trying to explain what appears to have transpired. 

I called my neighborhood precinct today to get some more information to see what is on record of transpiring and am awaiting a call back.
