I read apartment vacancy is still doing 92% in bay area, but they have to give concession , like one or two months free. office is pretty much dead.if you notice traffic pattern in bay , monday and friday is empty but traffic jam everywhere on tuesday and thursday.there's no way people would come back to work from mon to friday 9 to 5 again.i don't know about the future, but it's kinda scary, we in US live in borrowing times......

I can definitely tell the traffic down in the area.I can keep you updated on how the cabin performs. 

Without diving deep on numbers, places like Wisconsin Dells and surrounding areas, Munising, MI for Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, anything near Mackinaw Island - Cheboygan and Saint Ignace, lake towns near Boyne/Boyne Mountain to get some summer and winter traffic, maybe something near Arcadia Bluffs that sleeps 10-12 to host larger groups coming on a golf trip. 

We have used the Traffic Master Allure flooring in 2 of our houses and so far so good.

There is a lot of walking traffic which is always a concern for me. $700 for a 2/1 in that area is hard to believe but I could be wrong.

Wherever they are opening, values are going up and there is traffic.

If you are running paid traffic to your website via Google Ads, FB, etc., then your website becomes much more important and impacts whether leads convert or not. 

The higher priced condo's even though much nicer may take a haircut and get less traffic.
