Meet people, network, hand out your handyman business cards.  

Schools hand out laptops and iPads and have $2,000 computers for kids to "work" on so they're prepared for the future but they don't know how to cook, change a diaper, or hammer a nail.The good news?

When that happens, anyone that works hard to make a better life for themselves will be targeted by those looking for handouts or votes.

There is a mini trade show in the lobby that let's you meet service providers.I think AZREIA is a great place to start.

Next time also check judiciary case search for any pending litigations before you hand out any money.

i vote for you to stay in arizona, tons of parks near the area, get out and go talk to park managers in your area and hand out cards that tell them what type of investing you want to do and how you can help themgood luck
