My girlfriend and I are looking to get into Multifamily real estate investing and have also looked into the possibility of house hacking, although a good affordable property seems to be tough but not impossible in this area.

I would prefer to sell the property vacant or the easiest less stressful way as possible, however I was advised that could deter investors buyers interest as the rental income is a one of my strong selling points.I am open and would appreciate any thoughts and/or suggestions from fellow agents or investors alike.Thanks

Make sure to keep backup documentation for each transaction if possible and transfer the balance when you return.

@Ricardo Lemus Most investors try to get the longest term on their mortgage that is possible, usually 30 years for most.

We would like to refinance as soon as possible after the build to recover all or most of our initial investment.

If this is the case, you want as much money as possible in taxable and Roth assets so that you don't pass assets on that create tax burdens for your kids.
