There are the asset backed (DAI, EOSDT) as examples, but while they generally keep their peg (flux of a few cents), there's also the issue with Terra-Luna, and how it lost it's peg.

A corner of the crock on top of the chimney is broken (it is not a danger but will be replaced in a month or so) and some terra cotta has probably spalled off of that onto the roof.
