The seller should not be expecting you to be the buyer, or surprised when you aren’t. 

You would be surprised how much Wayfair marks stuff up, and that a lot of things that are marketed as unique are sold by numerous retailers. 

So if this guy doesn't have them, it's a bit surprising.

I furnished 2 STRs for that amount, just go to either high-end thrift stores or a lower-end antique store....you'd be surprised at how little you can pay for solid wood furniture...

I met him at an event in Oakland and was not impressed personally all he would say is he does big deals for big money.. and I know how hard it is to do business with those in his community it really surprises me how people followed and invested as much as they did.

I will still accept other forms of payment but the convenience of the online platform and the fee for pickup dissuades them from anything else most times.

😆 I think it would be wise not to bombard them with an offer to buy, but rather to put the thought in their mind that we are interested in buying something, and how convenient would it be to not have to find new tenants?
