Fund higher quality cosmetic / light rehab for durability and dignity for tenants.

You want to mix in advertisements with quality content that people will want to read such as DIY articles, market statistics, and popular housing trends.

Goes back to that original thesis in a thread long time ago-- quality over quantity.

You can go to Redfin or Zillow and see the level of finish houses with short DOM have in the area, can you at least match that quality?

But if presented the option between multifamily real estate and single-family house hacking I think that multi family house hiking is superior.
