For renewals, it’s wise to switch to TREC forms to stay compliant.Regarding disclosure, yes, you should clearly identify yourself as a licensed real estate agent.

But if they don’t even bother to fill out the forms to apply, or get a basic job to make ends meet, or borrow money from family or friends/ somebody else besides you, then they can’t stay.

Not at all looking to stay strictly in the NYC area; have been looking around at markets in Long Island, Upstate New York, New Jersey, and the surrounding region.

They sound very knowledgeable and I am interested in jumping into the customized course they offer. 

I am just looking for general knowledge here, nothing specific.

For another business I run I do post daily accountability in a FB/mentorship group and that does help me stay on track.
