I am looking into that area as well because my son is moving there and I would like to have my own place to stay when I am there, especially if I get grandchildren any time soon.

Have to know when to say no to someone. my Dad who taught me how to sell real estate and work with the buying public always told me Son your an independent contractor you choose who you work with not the other way around and the most important word is NEXT. 

My husband and I bought a rental in 2022 for my college son and friends. 

The mom recently told me that her adult son is moving to the United States from Dubai and will be looking for a job here.

My son stayed with a guy who just did STR of a second Bedroom.  

It shares a wall with the restroom, and my sons bedroom shares the opposite wall with the same restroom.
