Real estate seems to be the subject of these seminars, but the product is always an intangible one, concepts, strategies, ideas that are difficult to replicate by just anyone but sold with the hype of success and wealth.

Main Street (real estate) rarely account for and ignore the following:- The concept of leverage: Up to recently, you could control a hard asset (real estate) with no money down---can't be replicated on Wall Street...Even now, you can control a 100K hard asset for between 5-10K, even if you use stock options, you still can't leverage yourself with OPM the way you can with real estate
