When folks headhunt me, I ask for three things.1) Access to their interest rate pricing.2) Put me on the phone with the regional underwriting manager. 3) Put me on the phone with your regional operations manager.4) I'm not interested in talking to you, headhunter/recruiter dude, so go away.I have found that there is absolutely a trade-off.

It's a different mindset.I never try to recruit anybody though, this is something you either want or don't.

could I get say 10-20-30 people to invest in a few grand for a flip and then use a hard money lender on top of that to help pay for a flip?

As of now, we are a total of 5 agents plus the broker of record, who is a real estate attorney I retained for the purpose.Yes, we're recruiting from Worcester County to the Ocean.My gig is full time, plus (13 hours so far today!)  

And not only can the recorded webinar be useful to busy investors that want to watch it on their own schedule, but it's useful for recruiting new investors to our interest list even when we have no current open offerings ("here is a webinar describing our last deal so you can get an idea of who we are and what we do..."). 

Had to forego paying my fees to keep it active due to a job I was recruited for in the insurance industry.

What do you charge for recruiting new tenants and renewing existing leases?

From what I have seen it is typically the offices that are trying to recruit agents, not the agents trying desperately to find an office unless you're trying to get a job at a larger company where it is a salaried position requiring a RE license.
